Penny was found on a rural dirt road. Attempts were made to find her owners, but they were unsuccessful. She was most likely dumped. She is approximately eight. months old and weighs 20 pounds. Penny is very sweet and gets along great with other dogs. There are no children in her foster home. Penny loves to play and also loves to cuddle. She is full of puppy energy! If you would like to meet Penny, please complete the application below and her foster mom will contact you to set up a meet and greet.
