Lizzy had a rough start. She spent the first two years of her life on a chain, sometimes without food and water and always without shelter. After two weeks of begging, the president of Krewe de Rescue was able to convince the owner to surrender her to the rescue. She is now spayed, up to date on vaccines and thriving in a loving foster home. Lizzy needs someone who will be patient with her as she learns how to live with humans and other pets.
