Hello everyone, meet Jay Edgar! Jay Edgar is a three-year old 30 lb. neutered male Shih Tzu/Bassett Hound mix. He is both house and kennel trained. He is heartworm negative and up to date on all vaccines. He gets along with all the other dogs and cats in his foster home. He's the perfect size - not so small you'll trip over him in the kitchen and not so big he takes up the whole sofa while snuggling. Because he loves to snuggle with you!
