DRIFTER is an American Bulldog Mix, spayed, 45 lbs. UTD on all shots and ready for adoption.
DRIFTER was living by the railroad tracks with a two week old litter when she was found by one of our volunteers. She was skeleton thin, had awful rope burns on her neck and her pups were not doing well. It was a sad situation, was touch and go there for a little bit. But some dogs just have an incredible will to live. All her pups made it but one and have now all been adopted. DRIFTER has gained her weight back and has been rehabbing with wonderful fosters, who reported she is happy, loves to play and run.
DRIFTER is house broken, potty trained, knows basic commands, walks very well on the leash, loves car rides and is very sociable with other dogs. She is still learning how to share her food, so she is fed in her crate and that makes her feel safe. She is still a young dog and has an incredible amount of love to give. She is very intelligent and eager to please, which makes her very easy to work with and train. She is ready for you!
