This is Higgins! He is about two years old. He was picked up roaming at large and taken to the shelter. No one ever came for him so we pulled him in hopes of finding the perfect home. Higgins shys away from loud noises but is very laid back. He is an absolute snuggle bug.  He loves to be with people and is good with other dogs. We believe that he is a full blooded Dobie with socked tail but his ears are not cropped. Higgins is heartworm positive. His adoption fee is $150 and includes age appropriate vaccines, neuter and a microchip.
