Carlos is a tiny six pound chihuahua. He is six years old and just wants to love and be loved. He is a lap dog. He is a bit awkward when his foster family tries to love on him but he takes it! Carlos just has to be touching someone. He does well with other dogs. We are unsure how he is with cats. Carlos is working on house training, and will need a home that will continue working with him. He had a perineal hernia. It was surgically removed, and Carlos has recovered. He is ready for a home of his own. Carlos’s adoption fee is $175 and includes age appropriate vaccines, neuter and a microchip.
