This is a list of the current animals available for adoption from Krewe de Rescue.  If you would like to meet an animal we have available for adoption, please fill out the adoption application.

This big boy is Blitzen. He is five months old and weighs approximately 35 pounds. Blitzen likes playing with his toys, being pet, cuddling and going on runs/walks. He does not like sitting still long enough to have his leash put on, but once it is on he doesn’t mind it at all. Blitzen is kennel trained and is mostly house trained. He will wait by the door if he has to use the restroom and if he does have an accident in the house, it’s by the door. Blitzen does get bored easily but will play fetch until he’s tired. He understands simple commands like “sit”, “stay”, and “use the bathroom”. He also enjoys following his caretakers wherever they go and will sit/lay with them. Initially, he will whine if on a car ride but after a minute or so he’s fine, especially if he has a toy in the car. Our adoption fee is $175 and includes age appropriate vaccines, neuter and a microchip.
